Bob has been a Home Inspector since 1999, performing an average of 600 inspections per year. Bob was a former home builder for 20 years, remodeled many older homes, as well as built in the first Homearama including six additional Homearamas. He is a past President of the Home Builders Association of Louisville and former Board of Director of the State and National Home Builders Association. He has held his real estate and brokers license since 1967, and is a licensed residential real estate appraiser. Bob was appointed by two Governors to the states Plumbing Code Committee. He has personally owned and managed an active midsize real estate company for 24 years. He graduated from Western Kentucky University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts and Education.

Dougs experience includes the performance of over 1,000 Home Inspections with 30 years in construction related fields. He has personally owned a Construction Company which built custom homes, remodeled homes and constructed room additions. Doug has owned and operated an Excavation Company which completed site work for both commercial and residential contractors. He presently has hundreds of hours in Continuing Education courses and will continue to attend courses to meet or exceed licensing requirements.
